He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of UK Black Business Week, the largest event in the UK and Europe for Black entrepreneurs, career professionals and allies to the Black community. Your classic ‘intrepreneur’, in 2018 Michael launched ‘Phacilitate Exchange’ a content marketing agency supporting some of the biggest brands in healthcare.

He’s an ex-professional sportsperson who has represented Nigeria internationally in rugby. Mike is a husband and father of 2 boys which he raises in South Wales.
