As the Business Growth and Entrepreneurship Lead, Kanayo is responsible for creating programs that deliver business support services, resources, tools, and education to the underserved entrepreneurial community. He collaborates with senior leaders and functional partners across industries and interfaces directly with non-profit organizations and other partners as a thought leader. Kanayo has a strong passion for servicing underserved communities through his work and aims to leverage his experience in the financial industry to help close the racial wealth gap. Kanayo has a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University.
